The EA News PWG has one of the most important tasks in our association: to edit, print and distribute the EA News.
The EUROAVIA News is the official organ that informs the members of EUROAVIA about many interesting things going on in aerospace industry and related companies. The EUROAVIA News is made by many enthusiastic editors from all over Europe, and combined and supervised by the Local Group in Delft. It is published quarterly and distributed over Europe to both students and professionals in aerospace industry.

The EA Newsletter is EUROAVIA's primary means for internal communication. It is published monthly by the Newsletter PWG. To keep costs down, the Newsletter is distributed via email. Only those affiliated societies who do not have an email account will receive a printed version by mail.
So the main tasks of this PWG, that is based in Pisa, consist in getting articles and reports of affiliated societies, working groups and international board, until a defined deadline, editing the newsletter in a different format and sending it by mail or email to the affiliated societies or subscribed members.

The task of the IT Permanent Working Group is to monitor and co-ordinate all internet based activities of EUROAVIA.

This permanent working group has as goal to archive all the history from the association as well as all the knowledge. Currently the digitalization of papers since 1959 is going on.
The task of this working group is to archive EA News, Newsletter, IB folder, proceedings of the design workshop, proceedings of international symposias and all information provided by affiliated societies.
This working group is a permanent working located in Aachen only. Trough the new project "CENTRAL ARCHIVE DATA BASE" it will become an international working group with local group archiver.

The EYE WG has started working on a job portal for Young Engineers (EYE in Aerospace). In the near future it will be possible to give companies the opportunity to reach qualified CV's of Young Engineers.
The tasks of this working group are: the development of a database application (EYE in Aerospace) on the web (which includes a CV database, Job Positions database and Internship opportunities); maintaining the EYE database; promoting towards public and companies.
Supported by ESA, this project will open new doors for young engineers and aerospace students in Europe. EUROAVIA offers the possibility to our members to get a direct contact to the companies.

The members of this working group have the honour to organize the Design Workshop every two years.
The DeCo/DeWo Working Group Organizing a Design Contest and Design Workshop is a tremendous task. To handle this task, EUROAVIA regularly establishes an international Working Group, usually about 15 months before the DeWo is to start. This WG firstly needs to find a hosting company or institution and a suitable workshop topic. Then, companies, research instutions and universities must be approached for sponsoring, tutors and jurors. A promotional campain has to be prepared for the Design Contest and accomodation, transport, social activities during the workshop must be organized. The DeCo/DeWo Working Group usually consists of five to six members from all over Europe. It takes a lot of time, but so far every WG member has found it to be a priceless experience.

In order to efficiently organise all aspects of having a stand at the Air Shows the International Board decided to set up a project based Air Show Working Group. This working group will take care of building up the stand, its occupation and the co-ordination of all present EUROAVIA members as well as making helpful information available to them. The working group will also act as the central information point for the visiting members. It will gather available accommodation addresses as well as plan social activities in the evenings. All this information will be available through the EUROAVIA Air Show Working Group website and on-site at the stand during the Air Show itself. The application process for 3 members will be made before every Air Show that EUROAVIA will attend.

Public Relation WG is the brand new WG of EUROAVIA, which set up during the AMEAC'08 Rzeszow in order to maintain a corporate communication between the association and association as well as the third parties e.g. associated and supporting companies, institutions, universities, other NGOs and the entire media. EUROAVIA will become widely known on it's area with the creation of PR WG. Right now the international board is seeking interested members to join the working group during the international events and also vith the help of the slogan contest. Currently the PR WG is coordinated by the international board till a coordinator assigned.
